The part of support education provided to people with disabilities in special education schools and special education and rehabilitation centers to be covered from the budget has been increased from 2,421 lira to 3,147 lira per month for individual education, from 678 lira to 881 lira per month for group education, not including value added tax (VAT).

The “Communiqué Modifying the Communiqué on the Amount of Educational Support to Give to People with Special Education Needs in 2023”, prepared by the Ministry of Finance, was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force on July 1, 2023.

Consequently, the portion of support education provided to persons with disabilities in special education schools and special education and rehabilitation centers that is will be covered by the budget, without VAT. and from 678 lira to 881 lira per month for group education. (AA)
