In the earthquake zone; The working time limit has been lifted until the end of 2024 for those who will be employed in jobs within the scope of public benefit programs (TYP) in Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya , Osmaniye , Sanlıurfa.
In the corresponding regulation, there is a provision that a participant can benefit from the CIP for a maximum of 9 months.
According to the regulation of the Turkish Employment Agency amending the regulation on procedures and principles regarding the implementation of programs for the benefit of society published in today’s edition of the Official Gazette, the provision may not be executed.
THERE WILL BE NO LIMITS OF PARTICIPANTS IN THE TYP ORGANIZATION
According to the new regulation, the rule that only a person domiciled at the same address can participate in the CIP during the course of assistance, according to the domicile registration system, cannot be applied.
According to the regulation change, those who leave the CIP without a valid excuse or who are fired through their own fault, and those who do not accept at least 3 job offers according to their qualifications offered by İŞKUR after the end of the CIP , you cannot benefit from a new CIP before 24 months have elapsed from the expiration date. The rule cannot be applied.
TYPICAL IMPLEMENTATION TIME INCREASED FROM 6 MONTHS TO 9 MONTHS
In the regulation, the provision limiting the CIP implementation period to 6 months for each program will be implemented as 9 months in counted places in the earthquake zone. Should this provision be implemented, the license period that will be granted to participants free of charge is extended from 5 to 10 days.
The amount of the budget allocation for the works in the scope of the CIP may not exceed 35 percent of the budget assigned for the corresponding year for the adoption of measures to promote and protect employment in the unemployment insurance law. (Reuters)
