In Istanbul, Marmaray, metro, metrobus, bus, minibus, shuttle and taxi fares increased by 51.52 percent. The total ticket price was 15 TL. The taxi opening fee was increased by 75 percent from 40 TL to 70 TL.

WHEN WILL THE ISTANBUL CONTRACT OF CARRIAGE APPLY?

In Istanbul, Marmaray, metro, metrobus, bus, minibus, shuttle and taxi fares increased by 51.52 percent. The new prices will be implemented on Friday, August 11 for public transport, and on Monday, August 14 for taxis and minibuses.
