The Ministry of Commerce discloses the number of unconstitutional announcements in the sale of second-hand vehicles.

The Ministry of Commerce, which decided that second-hand prices sold on the Internet will not exceed the prices of new vehicles, issued a new statement regarding the sale restriction.

The statement said that the sale of second-hand motor vehicles at a price higher than the current recommended retail price was prohibited, and that the deadline for regulation was January 1, 2024.

In the written statement made after the new ban today, it was stated that the advertising restriction of used motor land vehicles and the total number of ads posted on advertising platforms that may violate the regulation exceeds 20 thousand.

“As a result of public information, it was observed that this number decreased to 7,000 levels as of July 15,” the statement said.
