Emergency support loan of TL 300,000 for flood-affected SMEs

Industry and Technology Minister Mehmet Fatih Kacır announced that the Administration for Support and Development of Small and Medium Enterprises (KOSGEB) will provide “emergency support loans” of up to 300,000 lira to SMEs in flood-affected provinces .

It was reported that the profit sharing or interest on said loan will be fully covered by KOSGEB.

VALID FOR BUSINESSES IN 7 PROVINCES

It is stated that the Emergency Support Loan Program will be valid for companies in Bartın, Düzce, Ordu, Zonguldak, Samsun, Kastamonu and Sinop affected by heavy rains in 2023.

The maximum limit per company for loans to be granted with the capital to be covered with bank resources will be 200,000 lira for companies with net sales revenue of less than 300,000 lira in 2022.

For SMEs with net sales revenue of 300 thousand lira or more in 2022 in the mentioned provinces, 300 thousand lira of credit can be granted. (AA)
