Güler stated that in the scope of increasing the lowest salary of civil servants to 22 thousand lira, an increase of 17.55 percent plus 8 thousand TL will be made. The term pay raise refers to a policy that is heard frequently in the business world and applies equally to employees. In this approach, all employees receive the same raise, not a percentage raise for a specific group of employees. That is, everyone’s salary is increased by the same amount by reducing the differences between salaries.
