Thus, 2 million 130 thousand 644 of the 2 million 858 thousand 424 civil servants, corresponding to 74.54 percent, are affiliated to unions of civil servants.
OFFICER-FIRST SEN
The Confederation of Unions of Public Officials (Memur-Sen) was the confederation with the largest number of affiliates with 1 million 35 thousand 278.
Memur-Sen was followed by the Confederation of Public Employees Unions of Turkey (Turkey Kamu-Sen) with 552,948 members and the Confederation of Public Employees Unions (KESK) with 163,656 members.
STATUS OF SERVICE ARRANGEMENTS
“Education, Training and Science Services” became the service branch with the highest level of organization with 1,271,906 unionized officials.
In this branch of service, the Educators Union (Egitim-Bir-Sen) 396 thousand 421, the Public Employees Union of the Turkish Education, Training and Science Services Branch (Turkish Education-Sen) 242 thousand 297, the Union of Education and Science Employees (Egit-Is) 129. It has 1,740 members.

There are 317,170 public servants unionized in the branch of service “Offices, Banking Services and Insurance”. In this branch of services, the Office Employees Union (Büro Memur-Sen) has 98,401 members, the Turkish Office Employees Union (Türk Büro-Sen) has 83,540 members and the Justice (Adalet Sen) has 15,885 members.
