The Treasury borrowed approximately 50 billion lira with 2 offers

The Ministry of Treasury and Finance went to borrow 49 thousand 992 million liras in the 2 bond auctions it held today.

In the tender, the Ministry carried out the first issue of government bonds with a maturity of 4 years (1456 days), indexed to TLREF, with a coupon payment of 3 months (91 days), with a coupon rate of 2.9 percent. Upcoming coupon rates will be determined under the investor guide topics.

In the tender, where the nominal offer amounted to 7,936 million liras, nominal sales were 4,195 million liras and net sales were 3,910.1 million liras. The periodic interest rate of the auction was 3.46%.

In the tender, in which no offers were received from the public, offers of TL 5,000 million 890 million were received from market makers and sales were made to this segment for TL 3,500 million.

SECOND TENDER 5 YEAR TERM

In the second auction, government bonds with a maturity of 5 years (1722 days) and a fixed coupon payment of 6.2 percent every 6 months were reissued. In the tender, the simple interest was 17.25 percent and the compound interest 17.99 percent.

In the tender, where the nominal offer amounted to 33,852 million liras, nominal sales were 20,261 million liras and net sales were 17,831.9 million liras.

In the tender, where 750 million offers from the public were answered, 48.321 million liras were received from market makers and 24 billion liras were sold to this segment.

Thus, the Treasury borrowed a total of 49 thousand 992 million liras in 2 auctions.
