New authorization granted to SEDDK

The Agency for the Regulation and Supervision of Private Insurance and Pensions (SEDDK) has been authorized to make exceptions to the balance sheet items that are considered as discount items in the adequacy of share capital.

The “Regulation Modifying the Regulation on Measurement and Evaluation of Capital Adequacy of Insurance, Reinsurance and Pension Companies” of the SEDDK was published in the Official Gazette.

TO MAKE QUICK CHANGE

In the pronouncement made by the SEDDK on the subject, with the “Regulation amending the Regulation on the Measurement and Evaluation of the Adequacy of the Capital of Insurance, Reinsurance and Pension Companies” published in the Official Gazette No. authorizes exceptions to balance sheet items that are counted as a balance sheet item.
