Electoral oil will rise to $500 million

The official inauguration of the oil well of the master martyr Aybüke Yalçın was held in Gabar, who received the good news from the president and president of the AKP, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO) general manager Melih Han Bilgin, who opened the valve with a ceremony, said the field has a potential of 1 billion barrels and a value of $70 billion that can be realized in 25 years. . Bilgin stated that an investment of 500 million dollars and 80-100 wells are needed to extract the oil.

Bilgin said they started drilling in October, but after a break due to rain, they resumed work in March and reached the result. When affirming that they determined the amount of the reserve 10 days ago, Bilgin argued that the good oil news and the elections had nothing to do with it.

“MAXIMUM RESERVATION”

Bilgin made the following assessment regarding the election comments:

* “There is the issue of associating oil with the electoral agenda. We are in a constant effort. There is precedent to these efforts. We don’t know when it produces background results, when it overlaps with what.

* We do not set the date of election. Maybe the election will be postponed, maybe it will happen, maybe not, maybe next year. Our activities continue even after our election.”

Bilgin said that the new well is the highest and best quality reserve ever found in Turkey, and production of 1,200 barrels per day has started since the first 5 days since the opening of the well. Noting that the field has a useful life of 25 years, Bilgin said that after 15 years it will reach the maximum level of 100,000 barrels per day.
