ESK will sell channels to delicatessen producing companies

The Meat and Milk Institution (ESK) announced that it will sell carcasses (including viscera, hides and by-products) of 16,000 live cattle for slaughter to companies operating in the red meat industry (deli meat production) until the end of May.

According to the statement on the IHC website, the Authority will sell carcasses (including offal, hides, and by-products) of 16,000 live bovines for slaughter to companies operating in the red meat industry (deli meat production) until the end of the month.

THE SALE PRICE WILL BE 90 LIRA WITHOUT VAT

Although the sale price of the carcasses that will be obtained from live slaughtered cattle is 90 TL per kilogram without VAT, the details of the sale are established in the text of the “Procedures and principles of sale of carcasses that will be obtained from animals live cattle” posted on the Authority’s website.

Applications will be made at the General Directorate of IHC until 5:00 p.m. tomorrow.

The companies that purchased live bovine animal carcasses in the previous sale, will request it by signing the application form and the slaughter contract, and will not present other documents specified in the procedures and principles of sale. Companies applying for the first time must present the documents specified in the procedures and principles of sale in their entirety. (AA)
