The deadline for presenting checks in the earthquake zone is suspended

The deadline for submitting checks from natural and legal persons in the provinces and districts within the scope of Presidential Decree No. 120 in the earthquake zone has been suspended until June 9.

The Presidential Decree that modifies the Presidential Decree regarding the measures adopted in the judicial sphere in the field of the state of emergency (OHAL) was published in today’s edition of the Official Gazette.

WHAT DISTRICTS DOES IT COVER?

According to the regulation made by the decree, the place of residence; Adıyaman city center and Çelikhan, Samsat, Besni, Gölbaşı and Tut districts; İslahiye and Nurdağı districts of Gaziantep province; Hatay city center and Antakya, Defne, İskenderun, Arsuz, Belen, Samandağ, Hassa, Kırıkhan and Yayladağı districts; Kahramanmaraş city center and Dulkadiroğlu, Onikisubat, Afşin, Elbistan, Ekinözü, Nurhak, Göksun, Türkoğlu, Pazarcık and Çağlayancerit districts; As of February 6, the check presentation period for individuals and legal entities in the center of Malatya Province and Battalgazi, Yeşilyurt, Arguvan, Kale, Yazıhan, Akçadağ and Doğanşehir districts has been suspended until June 9.
