Service producer inflation fell in March

Services producer price index (H-IPP) in March 2023 is 2.30 percent compared to the previous month, 20.15 percent compared to December of the previous year, 73.55 percent compared to the same month of the year previous and according to averages of twelve months It increased in 88.55.

With respect to the same month of the previous year, 62.06 percent in transportation and storage services, 89.25 percent in lodging and food services, 72.31 percent in information and communication services, 79 .50 percent in real estate services, 93 percent in professional, scientific and technical services, 87, there was an increase of 85.55% in administrative and support services.

PROGRAMMING AND EDITING ON THE TOP

Compared to the previous month, 1.69 percent in transportation and storage services, 3.64 percent in accommodation and food services, 0.81 percent in information and communication services, 6.47 percent in real estate services, 1.45 percent in professional, scientific and technical services, there was a 2.91 percent increase in administrative and support services.

According to the annual H-PPI, 8 subsectors changed lower and 19 subsectors showed higher changes.

Among the H-PPI sectors, water transportation services at 15.21 percent, air transportation services at 51.54 percent, and telecommunication services at 53.45 percent were the subsectors where the indices they increased less on an annual basis. For their part, programming and broadcasting services with 128.96 percent, employment services with 123.21 percent, advertising and market research services with 121.63 percent were the subsectors where the most rates increased.

According to the monthly H-PPI, 14 subsectors changed lower and 13 subsectors showed higher changes.

Employment services of sectors H-PPI 2.12 percent, architecture and engineering services; technical testing and analysis services by 1.94 percent, construction and landscaping services by 1.44 percent, were the subsectors where the rates fell the most. For their part, programming and publication services at 10.88 percent, research and scientific development services at 10.35 percent, travel agencies, tour operators, other reservation services, and related services were the subsectors with the greatest increase in the indices with 7.32 percent.
