The housing tender of the Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) went again to the AKP company. Ziver İnşaat, chaired by Veysel Demirci, AKP candidate for parliament from Elazığ, won 53 tenders with a contract value of 5.595 million 441 thousand lira in the past 11 years. This was not enough for Ziver.

Now, Ziver Petrol has won the TOKİ tender for “Elazig Province, Karakoçan District, Yeni Mahallesi 309 Residences and Sarıcan Town 48 Housing and Infrastructure Constructions and Landscaping Works” with a price of 666 million 666 thousand.

TOKİ announced that it will go out for tender on April 4, 2023 to have “309 residences in Elazığ Province, Karakoçan District, Yeni Mahallesi and 48 housing constructions and infrastructure and landscaping works in Sarıcan City”.

TOKİ’s tender was conducted using the 21B Negotiation method, which was criticized for being used in public tenders in order to weed out undesirables. 6 companies submitted valid offers to the tender, which was carried out by invitation. The winner of the tender was Ziver İnşaat with an amount of 666 million 666 thousand 666 TL.
