The tender for İskenderun State Hospital was held on March 27, 2023, 3 days after the groundbreaking ceremony. The bidding was carried out inviting companies by the negotiation method. The Akfen İnşaat-Dost İnşaat association won the best offer for the tender, with a price of TL 2,289,966,000. YDA Construction Company and Akfen Construction, which won the tender for two hospitals, are among the companies that have received billions of TL from the public during the AKP period and are among the companies that have received the most bids in the recent period.
