Urban transformation support package announced

Ministry of Treasury and Finance, Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change announced support packages for urban transformation contractors and housing producers.

Accordingly, the upper limit of the loan was increased from TL 600,000 to TL 1,250,000.

Under the “Urban Transformation Financing Package”, financing opportunities of up to 1,250,000 Lira per person will be offered and up to 840 basis points of the cost will be covered.

The compensation rate applied in the area of ​​the bond system charged to the Treasury that is granted to contractors and builders of housing in urban transformation was increased from 7 percent to 9 percent.

Up to TL 250 million of financing will be offered to contractors and housing producers with a grace period of 12 months and a maturity of 48 months, and a guarantee limit of TL 50 billion will be put to use.
