The places of application of the letter of conformity for the importation of fertilizers can be changed

In the provinces affected by the earthquakes, it will be possible to change the places of the public administration where the letter of conformity for the import of chemical fertilizers used in agriculture must be requested.

After its publication in the Official Gazette, the Regulation amending the Surveillance and Inspection Regulation of the Market of Fertilizers Used in Agriculture, prepared by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, entered into force.

THE REQUEST WAS MADE TO BÜGEM

The General Directorate of Plant Production (BÜGEM) was asked for the letter of conformity for the importation of ammonium nitrate, calcium ammonium nitrate, potassium nitrate and sodium nitrate products included in the annex to the Regulation of Chemical Fertilizers Used in Agriculture, and to the provincial authorities address where the company’s headquarters are located for the import conformity letter for other products.

With the arrangement made, BÜGEM will be able to change the places of application until the end of the year in the provinces that were damaged by the earthquakes on February 6 and were declared disaster areas. (AA)
