Izmir Chamber of Commerce (İZTO) Assembly Member and Bread and Bakery Products Committee Member Hüseyin Sağır stated that the main reason for reducing the weight of pita and increasing its price is the increased cost , and affirmed that the new rate approved will begin to be implemented as of Thursday, March 23, the first day of Ramadan.
