All tax fines, traffic, military service, population, bridges, illegal highway tolls and court fines, administrative fines, student loan debts and support premium debts that have never been included in the restructuring regulation are also included in the scope of restructuring.
With the law added in the earthquake regulations, the deadlines for applications to be made and fees to be paid within the scope of the Fiscal Procedure Law will be extended by one month, taking into account the effects of earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş.
