Thousands of plots were expropriated in Bursa for the train that has not been finished for 10 years

There has been significant development for the Bandırma-Bursa-Yenişehir-Osmaneli High Standard Railway Project, which has not been completed for 10 years and which CHP leading presidential candidate Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu brought to the agenda saying that “6 thousand million is a gift.”

Days before the elections, thousands of plots of land in Bursa, Balıkesir and Bilecik were immediately expropriated.

The Presidential Decree, signed by Erdogan, is as follows:

“In order to complete the Bandırma-Bursa-Yenişehir-Osmaneli High-Standard Railway Project according to the determined work schedule and promised deadlines and to avoid any interruption in obtaining foreign loans, the location and island/parcel numbers will be shown in the list with the attached map, which is needed within the scope of the project It was decided that the real estate and assets be expropriated urgently by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure (General Directorate of Infrastructure Investments) in accordance with article 27 of the Expropriation Law No. 2492.”

TENDERED BY SPECIAL INVITATION
The 10 billion rail tender, which is among the tenders reported by the Court of Accounts as hidden from the public, was announced to the public exactly 26 months after the signing of the contract.

Kılıçdaroğlu had made various claims for this tender, saying that “6 billion is a gift”.
