New statement by Minister Bilgin on EYT

Vedat Bilgin, Minister of Labor and Social Security, answered questions from journalists after the Cabinet Meeting.

Asked about working life, Bilgin said: “Tomorrow, we will refer the regulation on temporary workers to Parliament.” saying.

EYT EXPLANATION

A journalist said, “In the legal regulation regarding EYT, those who were transferred from subcontractors to staff were sent to forced retirement if they met the retirement requirement, you guys have removed this. The 4Bs were in such high demand.” After his words, Bilgin said: “If we can bring it up, we will add this to the topic. We will abolish the mandatory retirement requirement in all of them.” he said.

Asked if there is a number related to this, Bilgin said: “The number is less, not as much as the workers, but we don’t do it by looking at the number. Why are we forced to retire? We will remove it, we are working for an equal agreement”. saying. (AA)
