Postponement of KGF loans in the earthquake zone

Until January 1, 2024, the condition on the application deadline will not be sought for credit guarantee institutions to grant new guarantees to beneficiaries operating in some provinces and districts affected by the earthquake.

In accordance with the transitory article added by the presidential resolution that modifies the resolution on Treasury support for credit guarantee institutions published in the Official Gazette today, the aforementioned provision; It covers users in Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye and Şanlıurfa provinces, and Gürün district of Sivas province.

Within the scope of the other transitory article added to the decision, an additional 6 months may be added to the maximum grace period or to the maximum maturity period in the re-maturity or restructuring of the loans of the beneficiaries that operate in these provinces, which were guaranteed before February 6, until January 1, 2024.
