Nabati: Tax debts in the earthquake zone will be paid in installments up to 24 months without interest

Treasury and Finance Minister Nureddin Nebati (center) attended the consultation meeting held at the Şanlıurfa Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Minister Nabati said that debts with tax offices in the earthquake region can be divided into installments of up to 24 months without interest.

Nebati also said, “Cash wage support will be given to our citizens who do not meet short-term working conditions in provinces where a state of emergency has been declared.”

CREDIT SUPPORT

Nebati announced that treasury interest-backed loan payments made by Halk Bank to approximately 150,000 merchants and artisans have been postponed for 6 months without interest.

Finally, Nebati said: “We offer additional support to your businesses with the support package for operating expenses in earthquake zones and the support package for investments in earthquake zones.”
