Noting that the aforementioned increases were seen in Çünur, the new residential area of Isparta, Çobaner said, “Contrary to this, there are homeowners who try to minimize prices because they will mostly be given to earthquake victims. We try to provide comfort to these people and give flats 500-1000 TL below the prices of 6-7 months ago. Realtors don’t get commissions either,” he said.

Çobaner said, “As a nation, we are all in great pain, we need to help our earthquake victims,” and continued, “We are the country of earthquakes, and this disaster could have happened to us too.
