Stock variation in the portfolio of state contributions in BES

The Agency for the Regulation and Supervision of Insurance and Private Pensions (SEDDK) has made arrangements in the Individual Pension System (BES) in the instruments that will evaluate the portfolio of State contribution funds.

With the reform carried out in the regulation on the state contribution in the individual pension system published in the Official Gazette today, the participation rates in the evaluation of state contributions paid in cash were regulated.

INVESTMENT FEE LIMIT INCREASED FROM 1 PERCENT TO 5 PERCENT

Consequently, with the regulation made in the article on the use of at least 70 percent of the portfolio of the state subsidy fund paid in cash in the previous application, in debt titles called TL, promissory notes of rental company or certificates lease, said proportion was reduced to 30 percent and this portion was; BIST 30, BIST Bank Liquid, BIST Non-Bank Liquid 10 and BIST Participation 30 Indices, BIST 100, BIST Sustainability Index, BIST Corporate Governance Index and Participation Indices calculated by Borsa Istanbul.

With the modification made in the regulation, the limit of the investment rate that can be made of the portfolio of the state contribution fund paid in cash to a single share is increased from 1 percent to 5 percent.
