According to the written statement made by KİK, the tenders to be held in the provinces (Kahramanmaraş, Gaziantep, Şanlıurfa, Diyarbakır, Adana, Adıyaman, Malatya, Osmaniye, Hatay and Kilis) affected by the earthquakes centered in Kahramanmaraş (force majeure) were postponed.
Bids with a bid date of February 7-17 (including these dates) will be held at the same time, 2 weeks after the bid date.
THE TIME CAN BE EXTENDED
For bids whose bidding date is after February 20 (including this date), if the management anticipates that a sufficient number of bids cannot be delivered until the pre-announced bidding date and time due to the earthquake disaster and/or o Because a competitive environment cannot be ensured in the bidding, the bid date of the buyers of the bidding documents must be submitted at least than the deadline date. The deadline for the submission of bids may be extended by issuing bids. an addendum to ensure that they are informed 10 days in advance.
Potential problems that may arise from a seismic disaster will be taken into account in determining the time period bidders will be given to fill in the missing information in the documents, to make an extremely low bid declaration, or to submit the documents proving the information and documents declared in the qualification information table.
For works whose contract signing date is from February 7 to 17 (including these dates), if the most economically advantageous bidder requests an extension of the invitation period due to force majeure, the administration will take into account the extension of the invitation to the contract, and the necessary facilities will be given to the candidates and bidders.
