The EYT regulation was presented to the Presidency of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey
The Regulation on the Retirement Age (EYT) is submitted to the Presidency of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.
AKP Group Vice President Muhammed Emin Akbaşoğlu announced on Friday that the regulation on old age retirement (EYT) has been finalized.
Akbaşoğlu said: “Whoever completes the number of bonus days can retire under their own legislation” and explained that the regulation consists of 4 articles.
THE REGULATION CONSISTS OF 4 ARTICLES
The headlines of Akbaşoğlu’s speech are as follows:
* Today is a historic day. Right now, our friends are presenting our EYT bill to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.
* We fixed 3 things. We have created a simple proposal, exclusive to EYT, consisting of 4 articles.
* Especially our EYT platforms demanded the removal of the age requirement. Our first agreement was on this subject.
* In accordance with the legislation, any person who has completed the number of premium days and working hours has the right to retire without exception within the framework of their own legislation. It will apply to employees who were insured before September 9, 1999.
‘OUR STATE IS RECEIVING THE SUPPORT OF 500 TL’
* Second, by bringing the 5-point social security support premium to workplaces, our state commits to supporting approximately 500 TL for those who must start working again at the same workplace within 10 days after the retirement of each employee, and a 5 percent Support is in question.
* Third, we make arrangements for all our hundreds of thousands of friends who are known as subcontractors and have become workers with our arrangement.
‘WE ARE PREVIOUS TO MAKE LAW LATER ON WEDNESDAY’
* We provide the right to retire or work on their own to our friends who deserve retirement and who have been transferred from subcontracted personnel to worker. We abolished mandatory retirement under this law.
* We plan to discuss this in the Budget Plan Committee this week. We expect EYT to become law on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.
SALARY IN MARCH
* We anticipate that EYT will go into effect in February with salaries to be received in March.
* It is a stud that EYT members will receive less salary and have a different status.
