Privatization Administration put 11 properties up for sale in 6 provinces

The Privatization Administration of the Ministry of Finance will privatize 11 properties in 6 provinces through the sale method.

The administration’s announcement on the subject was published in the Official Gazette.

In this context, one real estate was put up for sale in the Manavgat district of Antalya, 4 in the Sarıyer district of Istanbul, one in the Karacabey district of Bursa, 3 in the Çankaya district of Ankara, one in the Kuşadası district of Aydın and one in the Çiftlikköy district of Yalova.

IN THE RANGE OF 250 THOUSAND TL TO 20 MILLION TL

For said properties, temporary guarantees were determined in the range of 250 thousand TL to 20 million TL, depending on the provinces and square meters.

The deadline for submitting bids was set as February 21 for real estate in Antalya, Istanbul and Bursa, and February 22 for real estate in Ankara, Aydın and Yalova.

The tenders will be carried out using the “haggling” method, receiving sealed bids from more than one bidder and negotiating, and will conclude with an auction attended by the bidders whose negotiations are continuing. (AA)
