Computers, tablets and smart watches have been added within the reach of the TRT e-Bandrol app.

Within the scope of the application TRT Institution e-Bandrol; In addition to mobile phones, vehicles and televisions imported for commercial purposes and nationally manufactured, computers, tablets and smart wristwatches were added.

Those who do not have the serial number, IMEI number and chassis number of these devices will not be able to benefit from the e-Bandrol application.

The regulation amending the e-Bandrol application regulation of the Turkish Radio and Television Corporation was published in today’s edition of the Official Gazette.

In accordance with the provisions of the regulation, it will be required to have an annual production capacity of 500 thousand units for television and 100 thousand units for each of the computer, tablet and smart watch devices based on the capacity report that will be presented by the taxpayers. making national production to benefit from the e-Bandrol application.

In the previous request, these figures were limited to the condition that taxpayers continuing their activities had purchased 20,000 television banners in the previous year, and that taxpayers starting their activities for the first time had an annual production capacity of 20 thousand televisions according to the capacity report that they would present.

TRT will be authorized to increase the newly determined production capacity figures up to 4 times for each type of device or reduce it to zero.

If during the inspections irregularities are detected regarding the IMEI number, chassis number or serial number of the devices subject to the banderol, the detected taxpayer will not be able to benefit from the e-Bandrol application from the date of detection. In this case, a physical pennant will be delivered to the taxpayer.

In the event of detecting 3 times the sales of devices without a banner in a year, the taxpayer’s e-Bandrol application will be terminated and a physical banner will be delivered to the taxpayer.

If there is no negative determination regarding the banderole within 2 years from the date of the last determination made on the taxpayer, the e-Bandrol application may be used again. (Reuters)
