Consequently, the amount of the average daily prices in dollars/tonne published in Platts European Market Scan under the title CIF MED (Genova/Lavera) in monitoring the fuel sales price of refinery license holders, converted to lira abroad The selling exchange rate announced by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) (TL/tonne) will be taken into account.

When calculating the TL/litre value of this quantity, the density value will be 0.845 tons/cubic meter for diesel and 0.775 tons/cubic meter for gasoline.

In addition to the TL value of the price of the product in the international market, the costs incurred in the framework of its introduction to the domestic market will also be taken into account in the price of the product to be determined by the refinery license holders.

In monitoring the total margin of distributors and dealers, the weighted average of the sales prices on the bulletin board communicated to the EMRA with respect to the dealers of the 8 distributors with the highest volume of transactions will be taken into account.

The margin obtained by deducting the weighted average refinery sales price, including blending cost, from the weighted average Turkish pump price, shall reflect distributor and distributor costs, and shall be consistent with domestic market conditions, such as purchasing power parity, CBRT interest rates, inflation, exchange rate and minimum wage.

In the margin monitoring to be carried out in this context, models will be created at each stage of the activities, at the regional or national level, in certain time intervals, using various statistical approaches, and these models will be taken into account together or separately. separated. in margin tracking.
