EYT Statement from ITO Chairman Avdagic: We very much welcome it

ITO Chairman Avdagic said in a statement on social media about the work done on the regulation of the retirement age (EYT):

“We welcome the launch of EYT in a way that covers all segments of our business community in a very positive way. EYT is a refreshing opportunity for our working life. The expectations of both those who qualify for retirement and those new to the workforce will be realized. While our employees benefit from this opportunity, as a business world, we will strive to do our part to maintain production. We attach great importance to the KGF loan package announced by our president to ease the burden of severance payments on companies.”

Stating that companies will carry out the EYT process in the most appropriate manner, Avdagic said, “We are in the preparation and organizational planning for this. Our companies will take measures to ensure business continuity and ensure sustainability in production.” he made his assessment. (AA)
