Erdogan once again approved the vertical construction

In Istanbul, the zoning plan was changed to be privatized on valuable land belonging to the Treasury.

The Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Police Department is operating on a 29,625 square meter portion of land adjacent to the Anatolian Palace of Justice, located on the E-5 highway in Istanbul Kartal. On the side of the land facing the E-5, there used to be a Nuh Çimento business.

With the President’s Decision signed by AKP President and Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the zoning plan of the land is “Precedent Commercial Housing Area 2 and 17 Floors; The Official Institution Area has been changed to “preceding floors 2 and 17”.

Presidential decision number 6589 signed by Erdoğan is as follows:

“1/5000 scale Development Master Plan and 1/5000 scale approved by Presidential Decision dated August 1, 2022 and numbered 5922 drawn up by the Privatization Administration for the real estate located in Istanbul Province Kartal District Soğanlık Mahallesi, block 12637, plot 1, the part of which is registered in the name of the Treasury and is in the scope and program of privatization As a result of the evaluation of the objections made during the suspension process to the Implementation Development Plan scale 1000;

Accepting the objections to the notes of the zoning plan, within this scope, it is intended to bring “Commercial-Housing Area (Precedent: 2.00, Maximum Height 17 Floors) and Official Institution Area (Precedent: 2.00, Maximum Height: 17 Floors )” for Approval of the Zoning Master Plan scale 1/5000 and Implementation Development Plan scale 1/1000 attached prepared by the Privatization Administration,

Authorization of the Privatization Administration to comply with the requirements of this Decision,

The decision was made in accordance with additional article 3 of the Land Management Law number 3194, article 3 and transitory article 29 of the Privatization Practices Law number 4046, and transitory article 8 of Decree Law number 703.
