The ‘stock market proposal’ on the economy is presented to Parliament

GSS Premium and Penalties

Before December 31, 2012, foreign citizens who have a residence permit in Turkey, who are not insured under the laws of a foreign country, citizens who are not entitled to benefit from health insurance in another country, Persons who benefit from of free rehabilitation services and children who do not have a mother and father, who are under 18 years of age, will be exempt from the collection of all their secondary accounts receivable, such as General Health Insurance (GSS) premiums, the penalty for late and the late payment fee.

TEDAŞ will also have the opportunity to restructure the debts derived from the electricity consumption of the past period. As of October 1, 2021, subscribers who have unpaid and unstructured debts as of the effective date of this regulation and cannot request restructuring will be included in the scope of the regulation.
