Limitation of spending limits for exporter associations

In the statement issued by the Ministry of Commerce, it was recalled that the purchase and sale of goods and services to be carried out by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM) and the exporters’ unions are subject to the approval of the ministry, and an upper limit. In the continuation of the statement, “In this context, as of January 1, 2023, it is appropriate to determine that the total annual expenses that can be made for the aforementioned organizations will not exceed 10 percent of the income of the previous year and 15 percent of TİM’s previous year’s revenue.
