How much will the salary increase be? What is the inflation difference?
By 2023, the salaries and pensions of civil servants will increase. While citizens, crushed by inflation, expect a high rate of increase, the figures that emerge show the opposite. If the increase in inflation continues in the same way until the end of the year, the increase in pensions for civil servants is 17.35 percent; the increase in the pensions of workers, merchants and farmers will be 16.27 percent.
HOW MUCH WILL THE OFFICER’S SALARY INCREASE?
If the rise in inflation continues in the same manner until the end of the year, civil servants and retirees will receive a 17.35 percent increase, while retired merchants and farmers will receive a 16.27 percent increase.
The Central Bank’s year-end forecast also indicated that the increases would be 17.13 percent and 16.05 percent, respectively.
HOW MUCH IS THE DIFFERENCE FROM INFLATION?
According to the calculation method of the Ministry of Finance and Finance, public servants and retirees will receive an inflation difference of 6.59 percent in the last 5 months. In other words, the increase in civil servants and retirees in July was reduced to 6.59 percent upon restarting.
If inflation rises in December as in the previous 5 months, it will reach 16.27 percent at the end of the year. Thus, civil servants and retirees will receive inflation of 8.66 percent. In addition, the total increase rate will remain at 17.35 percent, since collective bargaining will increase by 8 percent. The pensions of workers, merchants and peasant retirees will increase in 6 months of inflation, that is, by 16.27 percent.
