Engine price hike

The easing of epidemic restrictions in China and the slowing of interest rate hikes by US Federal Reserve (Fed) Chairman Jerome Powell brought with them a rise in fuel prices along with oil prices.

According to sources in the sector, from tonight the price of a liter of diesel will increase by 1 lira and 16 cents.

There will be no price change for gasoline tonight.

WHAT WILL THE NEW PRICES BE?

With tonight’s rise, the price per liter of diesel will rise to approximately TL 23.61 in Istanbul, TL 23.75 in Ankara and TL 23.82 in Izmir.

The price of a liter of gasoline is approximately TL 20.18 in Istanbul, TL 20.34 in Ankara and TL 20.35 in Izmir.

The prices vary between provinces, districts and concessionaires according to the distances to the refinery and the profit margins of the companies.
