Confidence in the economy fell in November
Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) announced the Economic Confidence Index for November.
Consequently, while the economic confidence index was 97.1 in October, it declined 0.2 percent in November to 96.9.
If the economic confidence index is greater than 100, it indicates optimism about the general economic situation, and less than 100 indicates pessimism about the general economic situation.

THE GREATEST DECREASE IN THE SERVICES SECTOR
Compared to the previous month, the real sector (manufacturing) confidence index decreased 0.7 percent to become 101.3, while the service sector confidence index decreased 1 percent to 118 ,1.
The consumer confidence index rose 0.6 percent to 76.6, the retail confidence index rose 2.1 percent to 121.9, the construction confidence index rose 1.2 percent cent to 91.6.
