In the statement, “As a result of the tax inspections carried out by the Tax Inspectors of our Ministry in recent years, we rejected and withdrew the request for tax refund of more than TL 4.5 billion due to tax evasion, and proposed a tax and fine of more than 12 billion TL for the relevant persons”. .

Nebati also indicated that as a result of the investigations, 2,916 complaints of tax crimes were prepared against the related persons and they filed a criminal complaint with the Public Ministry, we will continue with the inspections and tax audits aimed at the effective fight.
